Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is a community-based organization that provides effective rehabilitative programs and services to incarcerated people in the U.S., United Kingdom, and Australia to make their prison time more productive and reduce recidivism. MTC takes care of the medical, dental and mental health needs of incarcerated people and provides education and training to young Americans to give them the technical and life skills needed to find and maintain gainful employment. MTC’s mission is to prepare people returning to their communities to lead successful lives by providing easy access to resources supporting re-entry needs. Their Re-entry Resources Hub provides a re-entry checklist and information about how to access housing, transportation, education, employment, and various other services. Additionally, MTC provides proven programs like cognitive behavior therapy, group and individual counseling, substance abuse programs, vocational training, academic courses, and a wide variety of life-skills programs to change how people think about themselves and others.
