Opening Doors Montana
Opening Doors is a community based organization committed to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals and underserved community members. Staff host a support meeting for formerly incarcerated individuals and adults with incarcerated loved ones. The meetings take place every other Monday at 7 pm, though the organization does ask that children not attend. Additionally, Opening Doors offers referral services to women who face barriers to securing housing after incarceration. Community members can request assistance with household items from the pantry as well. Some participants may benefit from their financial planning and money management workshops. Each of these social services is offered at no cost to participants, and the organization specifically works to engage justice impacted individuals on a daily basis to ensure that they have the best and most effective support systems as they work to reintegrate.
