Exodus Homes

Exodus Homes

Description

Exodus Homes is a faith-based transitional housing facility associated with the United Way agency. They offer long-term supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness and returning to our community from treatment programs and prison. It provides many services and programs to fulfill residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, save lives and reduce neighborhood crime and recidivism. Exodus Homes works with incarcerated people in prisons to assist them in changing and becoming more receptive to supportive housing as a re-entry option. In addition, the supportive housing program provides services to ensure that individuals follow their probation, intensive probation, or parole restrictions. Exodus Works is its vocational training program that gives residents practical on-the-job training. Supervised Independent Living program offers services to assist people in developing their spirituality in the religion of their choice, finding employment, learning social skills, and gaining access to all the services they require to help them deal with life's challenges.
