Community Care Network – Sue’s Home

Community Care Network is a nonprofit collaborative serving the Ocean Springs, Mississippi community through various partnerships. They are a faith-based organization that offers safety and stability for families facing housing emergencies, as well as those with individuals recovering from chemical dependence and those with criminal convictions. Their goal is to support through community and disrupt the cycle of homelessness through comprehensive services. Community Care Network offers transitional housing for individuals, as well as spiritual counseling and life skills training. They support participants during residency and provide ongoing services for those moving into independent living communities.
