Offender Housing

Offender Housing is a community-based organization that is sensitive to the difficulties of reentering the community after incarceration. More specifically, they focus on the vital need for individuals with convictions for sexual offenses to maintain residence in safe and supportive communities. For that reason, Offender Housing assists individuals on probation or parole, as well as those who have completed their sentences, for sex-based crimes. They also partner with Florida Action Community to educate the community about the reality of individuals with convictions for sex crime. Offender Housing offers housing to these individuals at a reduced cost to ensure greater access to supportive communities and permanent reentry into the community at large. Individuals interested in moving into the housing community are encouraged to complete an application on the organization website. Individuals who are unable to do so, and those awaiting release, may mail a physical copy of the application directly to the organization.
