4People is an online database of resources for justice-impacted people located in the state of Washington. 4People's mission is to connect people to the resources and opportunities that need to support their reentry effort and reduce recidivism. Users can find complete tools for each county to help facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination needed to serve struggling individuals and families. Quick lists of resources and services in each Washington county can be found on their website, including downloadable and printable lists ready to hand out to those in need. 4People updates and maintains resources provided by the Employment Security Department's (ESD) Offender Employment Services (OES) in collaboration with the Department of Corrections (DOC). Resources provided include reentry support services, transitional and permanent housing prospects, employment opportunities, medical assistance, social services and other relevant resources in each town or area. Each listing has contact information, including phone and fax numbers, addresses, directions, and more.
