BPB Floyd
Description
BPBFloyd is a community based organization dedicated to improving circumstances for formerly incarcerated individuals and veterans. They work hard to intervene with those who are struggling to return to the community, as well as military veterans who experiencing homelessness. Programs target the underlying issues that lead to recidivism, housing insecurity and substance abuse. Their transitional housing program offers a safe, structured and supervised environment for individuals during reintegration. Currently, the housing community is available to men with criminal records, as well as men who have served in the military. BPBFloyd staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support all residents. The community is a sober living environment, and all residents agree to random drug testing during their stay. Though who live in the community receive meals, access to common areas and computer labs, personal development workshops, recovery services and referrals to community organizations that support men when they exit transitional housing.
