Career Training Institute, or CTI, is a nonprofit organization that provides training and employment opportunities to individuals in need. Since their inception in 1983, CTI has worked to serve low income individuals, age 16 and older, in Lewis, Clark, Broadwater and Jefferson counties. Career Training Institute is on a mission to foster a thriving community by providing resources, training, business development, and individualized services to struggling people. The Helena Pre-Release program was designed for incarcerated individuals under the supervision of the department of corrections to gain job development education. Training services are offered through an array of workshop courses for keyboarding and 10 key, computer boot camp, resume writing, mock interviews, workplace etiquette, customer service, and more. Courses are also provided for programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and Quickbooks.
