CREW Outreach Services
CReW Outreach Services offers community based outreach and engagement services to people who are living in homelessness.
Outreach services are made possible in partnership with the Seattle King County Public Health Department and the HealthCare for the Homeless Network. The Homeless Outreach team supports homeless adults in South King County and families in shelters throughout the County. Outreach Specialists offer community-based outreach and engagement services to people living in homelessness, primarily in Federal Way, Kent, Burien, Renton, Kirkland and Tukwila. Services are prioritized for people who have had frequent inpatient hospitalizations and/or incarcerations over the last year. Referrals will also be provided for needed services such as housing, inpatient substance use treatment, long-term behavioral health counseling, and benefits wherever possible. CReW has a team of specialists, including mental health professionals, substance use disorder professional trainees, psychiatric providers, registered nurses to assist people in need.
