Crisis and Counseling Center is an organization that offers crisis counseling and mental health counseling to individuals and families. Responding to the mental health and substance use disorder needs of individuals in Knox, Kennebec and Somerset counties and offering parent support and training statewide. Their counseling programs include parenting classes, substance use disorder services, crisis stabilization units, overdose prevention, and children and parent case management. Parent Network offers support and mentorship for parents of children experiencing mental health crisis. Individuals recovering from chemical dependence may receive individualized therapy and, when necessary, medicated recovery services. PATH Homeless Case Management works directly with unhoused individuals as they work to find and obtain stable housing, as well as address the underlying causes of housing crisis like chemical dependence and mental health crisis.
