Five Keys Schools and Programs

Description

Five Keys is a restorative justice organization that takes a holistic approach to assisting justice impacted individuals and their families. They derive their name from the five key principles of their operating model: Education, Employment, Recovery, Family and Community. Staff and volunteers help provide wraparound services that meet the ongoing needs of individuals during and after their release from prison. The foundation of their approach to restorative justice requires that participants accept personal responsibility and learn to articulate the impact that crime has in their lives. Five Keys emphasizes this foundation through a customized curriculum required of all participants. They have several campuses, including a youth charter school in Los Angeles, an adult school serving women in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and an independent study campus. For more information about specific services, or to begin the enrollment process at one of the Five Keys campuses, use the contact information on this page.
