Georgetown Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure

The Georgetown Law Journal is headquartered at Georgetown Law in Washington, D.C. and has published more than 500 issues since its inception, as well as the widely used Annual Review of Criminal Procedure (ARCP). The ARCP is a comprehensive survey of all criminal procedures in the federal courts, the ARCP is a useful resource in many district courts, U.S. Attorneys’ offices, the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, a large number of law firms, and prison libraries. The goal of the ARCP is to provide readers with an objective, concise, and accurate overview of criminal procedure in the federal courts. The ARCP serves as a practical aid to a diverse readership that includes prosecutors and defense attorneys, judges and their law clerks, and prisoners assisting in their own defense or appeal. Copies of the ARCP must be purchased separately from the rest of The Georgetown Law Journal’s issues. They also welcome contact from organizations, such as books-to-prisoners programs, who are interested in cooperating in efforts to achieve wider distribution of the ARCP to prisoners.
