Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is a non-profit organization and an independently run member of Goodwill Industries International. Its mission is to change lives through education, training, and employment. Goodwill provides services to individuals who are reentering the workforce and community after a period of incarceration. The reentry program provides assistance in Transitional Employment Opportunity (TEO) program, 16-week paid job training program, employability assessment, barrier assessment and removal strategies, job readiness skills, Career Readiness Certification, career planning, letter of explanation development, job search and resume assistance and access to community support services. In addition, Goodwill’s Career Service Center offers free services to help those struggling with employment build a greater future. Additionally, the Excel Center at Goodwill is the first adult high school in Arkansas.
