Grace House Inc. of Texas

Grace House is a faith-based nonprofit ministry focused on women who are at risk of incarceration or substance abuse. They train, support and give hope to women following incarceration, drug and alcohol addiction or those in dangerous lifestyles. The ministry's objective is to educate, encourage and care for selected women until they are prepared to reenter everyday life productively and confidently. Grace House provide a protected environment, both physically and spiritually, so that women may grow and mature in their faith and be transformed by the power of God. Grace House also offers various education and recovery classes. These include: Disciple Daily, Boundaries, Celebrate Recovery, Trauma Recovery, Life's Healing Choices, Experiencing God, Guest Speakers, Sister Act, Money Matters, Nutrition, Safe Food Handling Certificate, Communication/Connection/Growth, Shaping your Testimony, Heart to Heart, Anger Management, Wisdom of Mother's, Computer Skills/Job Readiness and more. Interested individuals must submit an application and be interviewed and evaluated to determine their desire and potential for participating in the Grace House program.
