The Greenbrier County Public Defender's Office in the 11th Judicial Circuit is located in Lewisburg, West Virginia. With one Chief Public Defender, one Deputy Chief Public Defender, two Assistant Public Defenders and other legal staff, this office provides legal representation to adults and juveniles accused of a crime who cannot afford to pay for a lawyer in Greenbrier County. The Public Defender ensures that every accused citizen, regardless of financial resources, receives zealous and effective representation as mandated by the United States and West Virginia Constitutions.
