Heading Home

Heading Home is a New Mexico non-profit that provides emergency housing, permanent supportive housing services and prioritized street outreach to people experiencing homelessness. Their Home Teams are teams of 2 to 4 volunteers who provide social support to newly-housed neighbors as they adjust from living on the street to living in a house. They have many programs to combat homelssness. It includes ABQ StreetConnect, Albuquerque Heading Home, Albuquerque Opportunity Center (AOC), Families Heading Home, Lexington Hotel and Westside Emergency Housing Center.
