The Hendricks County Public Defender's Office is located in Danville, Indiana. In Hendricks County, the Public Defender provides legal services in the five Superior Courts and the Circuit Court. Eight Public Defenders provide services in Hendricks Superior court. In addition, six public defenders serve clients in the Second Superior Court of Hendricks, five Public Defenders in the Third Superior Court, Eight Defenders in the Fourth Superior Court, and Eight Public Defenders serve indigent clients in the Fifth Superior Court. A Chief Public Defender oversees the work of Public Defenders and leads the Office of Chief Public Defender in Hendricks County.
