The Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office is located in Tampa, Florida and serves Hillsborough county. With one public defender, one Chief of the Misdemeanor and Juvenile Division, one chief investigator, one senior counsel and other staff members, the Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office deals with homicide cases including those involving the death penalty.
