Home Again is a community-based organization that assists individuals and families in successfully rebuilding their lives and achieve stable housing.  They offer a variety of programs to ensure each family’s unique needs are matched with the best housing solution. These programs include emergency shelters, bridge housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing. Their Rapid Rehousing program provides short-term financial assistance vital to clients achieving long-term stability. This program connects families and individuals experiencing homelessness to permanent housing through a tailored package of assistance. Home Again's Permanent Supportive Housing program assists families experiencing chronic homelessness impacted by disabilities maintain permanent housing through long-term housing subsidies. HomeAgain’s three full-time shelters provide temporary housing and case management to families and individuals in a housing crisis. Their comprehensive care includes individualized case management services, supplying healthy meals, free on-site laundry facilities, secured entrances, play and learning areas for children, and workforce development resources. Home Again also provides financial assistance and case management services to successfully transition individuals and families from homelessness to stable housing.
