Hope Network

Description

Hope Network advocates for people suffering from physical, mental, and social barriers impacting their daily lives. Experts across Michigan help people overcome their problems to live their best lives. Their mission is to empower people to overcome challenges to achieve their highest level of independence. They work directly with the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) to offer employability skills training, formal and informal career assessments and paid Transitional Work Experiences to recent parolees. They also provide follow-along support once competitive employment has been obtained. Hope Network's goal is to significantly reduce crime and enhance public safety by implementing a seamless system of services for former offenders as they transition from prison into the community. They also provide Behavioural Health Services, Therapy and Counseling Services, Transportation Services, a Center for Autism, Housing and Community Development, Workforce Development and many more services which help indigent people overcome their problems.
