Kansas State Board of Indigents’ Defense Services’ Capital Habeas Office

The Kansas State Board of Indigents' Defense Services (SBIDS) has a divisional office that handles all Capital Habeas matters. The Capital Habeas Office is located in Topeka, Kansas.
