Kenai Peninsula Re-Entry Coalition
Description
The Kenai Peninsula Re-Entry Coalition's mission is to promote meaningful, system-level change for individuals and reentrants across the Borough. Through advocacy, case management, and community partnerships, they can reduce recidivism rates here and across the state. Their wraparound case management services help connect reentrants with resources and services. They assist in navigating agency programming and utilizing community partners to link participants with the items they need. The Kenai Peninsula Reentry Coalition Case Manager works with individuals that have served at least 30 days in a sentenced facility and will release on Probation or Parole. They provide in-reach services 90 days before release and one year after release. The Reentry Case Manager helps reentrants identify needs, set goals, and enroll in necessary services. These services may include housing assistance, substance use treatment, public assistance, job training or secondary education, transportation, Medicaid, and more. Please get in touch with them for more information on the services this organization provides.
