At Lead4Life, they strive to empower every participant in our programs so that they may find their purpose, achieve their goals, and become poised, productive members of their community. They advocate for those in need and assist each and every individual by providing compassionate education and valuable resources and tools so that they can make the very best decisions and develop important life, social, and competency skills. Their Juvenile Entry Diversion Initiative (JEDI) serves first-time youth offenders in Frederick, Maryland. As a forgiveness program, the 90-day agenda consists of community work and restorative practice programming to prevent JEDI participants from moving forward into the juvenile justice system. If the participant successfully completes the 90-day program, their juvenile record remains clean.
