The Matt Talbot Recovery Center is a community-based organization in Wisconsin that provides re-entry services to prisoners released after completing their period of incarceration in the prison system. They offer supervised housing to previously incarcerated people in duplexes and other community-based facilities throughout Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, West Bend, Waukesha, Stevens Point and Superior.
