Matthew 25

Matthew 25 is a faith-based health clinic dedicated to ensuring that all community members have access to quality medical services. Staff and volunteers are motivated by the compassion and generosity of Christianity to open their doors to individuals who may otherwise not seek out the care they require. Matthew 25 offers a number of services at no cost to qualifying patients, including medical services, dental care, vision screenings and mental health treatment. Individuals must be residents of Northeast Indiana or Northwest Ohio and meet income requirements in order to be eligible for services. Individuals must live at or below 200% of the federal poverty level and be unable to obtain medical or dental insurance at the time of service. Medical services include wellness appointments, diabetes management, women's health care, preventative testing, radiology services and cardiovascular care. Matthew 25 also provides dental x-rays, exams and non-emergent dental care. They are also equipped to offer full and partial dentures.
