Nevada Legal Services is a community based organization dedicated to ensuring that all community members have access to equitable justice. All legal advice and representation provided by the organization is offered to eligible community members at no cost. They coordinate directly with lawyers and legal representatives throughout the state, connecting qualifying applicants with legal aid providers in their city. These lawyers specialize in a variety of areas, ranging from assistance with expunging records to combatting discriminatory practices and navigating domestic situations. They can also work with individuals who are at risk of eviction, as well as those with pending litigation around immigration status. The first step in determining whether or not you qualify is completing the intake form located on the Nevada Legal Services website.
