Next Chapter Ministries is a faith based organization that is dedicated to ensuring that all individuals have a second chance at life. Their mission is to help facilitate a strong social network and renew faith for formerly incarcerated individuals, centering restorative practices and giving participants the best chance at permanently reintegrating into the community. Next Chapter Ministries sponsors both residential homes for individuals transitioning after incarceration and an ongoing Prison Ministry for currently incarcerated individuals. Together, these programs help to prepare individuals for their return to society before they exit the corrections system and to ensure that they have a safe, stable living environment once they are released. Next Chapter Ministries hopes to disrupt the cycle of incarceration and lower recidivism rates for participants while also reinvigorating their connection to Christ.
