Norton Court Supportive Independent Residences

Norton Court provides on-site and community-based case management and supportive housing services to adults diagnosed with chronic mental illness. The program’s aim is to ensure that its clients are able to live successfully and independently in the community. Norton Court is a scattered-site program in the New Haven area and has been successful in reducing clients’ risk of hospitalization. Program services include housing assistance, referrals to clinical and or rehabilitative services, daily life skills, crisis intervention, entitlements and community resources assistance and transportation assistance
