Orleans County Restorative Justice Center

Orleans County Restorative Justice Center seeks to manage and resolve conflict in a way that keeps communities together while moving forward. The mission of this organization is to bring the community and its members closer, thus creating a better place for all to live and thrive. Orleans County Restorative Justice Center focuses on accountability, responsibility, and working to reestablish the trust for individuals in the community. The services that are provided by this program are individual counseling, restorative panels, reentry programs, monthly legal clinic, workshops, and meditation services. OCRJC also works closely with CoSA – Circles of Support and Accountability, a group of 3-4 community volunteers who “walk with” the justice-impacted individual to ensure adjustment and to avoid re-incarceration. Orleans County Restorative Justice Center is dedicated to resolving conflict in individuals within the Vermont Community.
