Partners in Hope

Partners in Hope is a faith-based prisoner reentry program run by Community Warehouse which helps formerly incarcerated prisoners become productive citizens. They provide vocational workshops, resume assistance, assist with job searches, mentoring, assist with driver's license and ID procedures, refer to housing assistance programs, provide weekly dinners and support groups, build bridges between former prisoners and police officers and community awareness. Their mentors from law enforcement, faith, and business communities commit to walking alongside their mentee for 18 months and attending Reentry Recovery Group meetings when possible. Community Warehouse strives to honor God and serve the people of Milwaukee through tangible and practical efforts to rebuild homes and transform communities and lives, one family at a time. They transform lives, provide employment for background-challenged people, job skills training, demonstrate authentic relationships and model biblical principles.
