Description

Pathfinders of Oregon offers justice-impacted individuals and loved ones the tools and support they require to be safe and thriving members of their communities. The mission of this program is to provide second chances, and create pathways to change for individuals. Pathfinders of Oregon offers programs and services that help formerly incarcerated individual the tools to succeeded in the community. The services that are included in the programs are community corrections programs, peer mentoring, family engagement activities, and youth counseling. Incarcerated individuals can participate in cognitive-behavioral restructuring programs, including opportunities for at-risk women and those in administrative segregation. Both Marion County and Jackson County corrections facilities offer programs designed to reduce recidivism and ensure successful reintegration into the community. Formerly incarcerated individuals may be eligible to receive parenting classes, advocacy support, reentry services and family unification support.
