Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit organization that provides low cost health care services across the Eastern and Pikes Peak region of Colorado. Since their foundation in 1971, Peak Vista Community Health Centers has been committed to patient centered care for people of all ages, regardless of insurance status. Compassionate and comprehensive care is provided to patients through 28 outpatient centers in the Colorado cities of Colorado Springs, Falcon, Divide, Limon, Fountain, Kiowa, Flagler, and Strasburg.
