The mission of the Pinellas Ex-offender Re-entry Coalition (PERC) is to assist incarcerated individuals break the cycle of incarceration and reunify with family through advocacy, educational services and wraparound services. They envision the successful reentry of all individuals and believe that permanent reintegration is a key part of community safety. PERC offers education services to assist justice-impacted individuals with barriers to employment through targeted training and certificate programs. Formerly incarcerated individuals are eligible for housing services that include transitional housing and sober living communities. They can also receive paid training to prepare them for the marketplace and secure gainful employment. The Stars and Career Pathways programs focus on developing the skills that most employers seek in today's market. Individuals can contact the program directly to discuss services.
