Seton House
Seton House is a transitional family housing program that provides supportive services to facilitate resident of their program towards independence and self-sufficiency. Located in Casper, Wyoming, Seton House is dedicated to the support of single parent families experiencing homelessness, as they try to get back on their feet. Since their inception in 1989, Seton House has grown from 3 emergency use apartments to now now 22 apartments, a learning center for children services, and a donation center. Services provided include tools for growth, and support and caring connections so that families, individuals, and children can have opportunities for change. Knowing that a safe environment is vital to success, each family is provided with a fully furnished apartment and basic starter supplies. Our Life Transformation Coaches also work closely with the families to empower and encourage them. Their programs also include parenting and self-sufficiency classes, budgeting, and basic instruction in life skills such as self-esteem building, empowerment, health and nutrition classes, along with academic skills enhancement and GED preparation.
