At the Vallejo felony and misdemeanor unit, attorneys represent individuals charged with felonies and misdemeanors in the Vallejo courthouse. The investigative team locates and interviews witnesses, collects documents and evidence, serves subpoenas and other documents. In the fresh start unit, attorneys help current and former clients terminate probation early and dismiss or seal prior convictions. Furthermore, the Social Workers refer clients to services, recommend treatment plans and alternatives to incarceration and assist attorneys in advocating for clients’ success.
