STRIVE Boston uses virtual job training and development programming to help individuals overcome barriers to stable employment. They believe that all individuals should have equal opportunity to secure financial stability, and that access to the workforce is directly connected to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty. STRIVE Boston assists individuals through targeted training in today's industries. All services are offered virtually, maximizing access to their job development courses for those in the greater Boston area. Individuals without limited access to computers can contact the program directly to discuss individual in-person services at their physical location. The STRIVE START program is designed for adults over the age of 25, while the STRIVE Future Leaders program was developed to support youth ages 18-24. Individuals of all gender identities are eligible for services.
