Tarrant County Reentry Coalition
Tarrant County Reentry Coalition is a community collaborative that supports adults returning home from jail and prison in Tarrant County. They are located in Fort Worth, Texas, but their local-level alliance includes over 35 organizations, with a mission to end the cycle of incarceration. The coalition's purpose is to offer access to various resources placed in one location for those in need. This organization works toward a future where returning citizens in Tarrant County permanently transition back into the community. As a result, formerly incarcerated individuals will have easy access to the resources and support they need to rebuild their lives after incarceration.
