The Road Called STRATE
The Road Called STRATE is a faith-based nonprofit agency that offers community support services to low-income, immigrant and formerly incarcerated individuals in Denver Metro, Arapahoe and Adams, Colorado counties. Since their foundation in 1999, The Road Called STRATE has collaborated with other local agencies to provide underprivileged individuals and families with a road map to gainful employment and other necessary resources. Support services include, but are not limited to, a food and clothing bank, employment assistance, GED preparation classes, family reunification, substance abuse recovery, mental health and wellness support, employment aid, computer training, resume writing workshops, anger management, individual therapy, and much more. Clients of The Road Called STRATE have a real opportunity improve their quality of life and reach their full potential through the education and encouragement of the program.
