Transforming Jail Ministries is a faith-based organization whose primary goal has been to reach men and women behind bars with the Gospel so that they can find hope and grow through the teachings and words of Jesus. Their basic aim and mission is to create one-on-one discipleship for persons currently incarcerated and/or returning home from jail, prison, or treatment. In order to achieve this, Transforming Jail Ministries has programs for current inmates, such as their Adult Jail Chaplaincy or Clergy Contact program, and a program for inmates reentering society, in which life coaches guide former inmates and transform their lives for the better.
