Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc., or TCCO, is a nonprofit organization providing supportive services to people who are homeless. The coalition also provides re-entry services, combating homelessness, domestic abuse, mental illness, alcohol/drug abuse, anti-bullying youth program and other family services. TCCO has maintained a collaborative partnership between the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and Trinity Community Coalition Outreach, Inc. in providing supportive services to the population affected by substance abuse. Additionally, TCCO offers extensive care management services, emotional therapy sessions, anger management, clothes closet, food pantry, nutritional awareness, employment skills training and job placement services, money management, family support, individual group sessions, random drug testing, transportation and veteran services. TCCO uses case managers who assist the residents in removing barriers that have kept them homeless. They encourage each resident to have self-sufficiency to obtain and maintain permanent housing.
