Twin Cities RISE is a community based organization committed to serving and supporting historically marginalized individuals. Their mission is to transform the lives of those who experience racial and/or socioeconomic discrimination, which includes justice impacted people living in the community. My Road to Success, their career training program, lasts for 8 weeks and has a goal of preparing participants for entry into the workforce regardless of their chosen sector. Staff combine personal development skills training with 21st century job training and career planning to set individuals on the path toward financial security. Currently, Twin Cities RISE is only equipped to serve individuals in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties. Potential participants are encouraged to use the program eligibility application on the organization website to submit their information and identify whether or not they are eligible for services.
