Abe Brown Ministries serves the Tampa, Florida area. Their program, Ready4Work-Hillsborough is modeled after the national Ready4Work program, and provides formerly incarcerated individuals with case management, life-coaching, employability training and job placement assistance. They provide comprehensive services to help members of their community establish an intimate relationship with Christ, as well as offer support in acquiring life-skills and preparing for gainful employment.

Those who attend the Ready4Work-Hillsborough program go through a 4-6 week course and receive a case manager. Bus passes are provided, along with daily lunch, assistance with GED training, family reunification services and professional clothing and equipment.
