Access-to-Recovery (ATR) is a national program that provides those struggling with substance abuse disorder with an option for rehabilitation. It is an initiative led by Technical Assistance Partnership, a not-for-profit organization that is focused on helping individuals suffering from Drug and/or Alcohol Addiction find the best treatment with the highest chance for success. They can guide you to find out what treatment is best for you or your loved one. You can speak to one of their counselors and let them guide you to the best treatment options available for your specific needs. The ATR vouchers help those who are in need of clinical treatment services to overcome their addiction. They are provided through agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services in the United States as well as SAMHSA – the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
