The After Incarceration Support Systems Program (AISS) helps ex-offenders make the transition from incarceration back to the community. Their services include mentoring, advocacy, crisis intervention, case management, referrals, outreach, support, relationship building, role modeling, networking, support groups, daily life assistance, education, empowerment, coping skills, decision making and accountability. The AISS also collaborates with a local nonprofit, who has opened a 36-bed residential program for men working towards a clean and sober lifestyle. The AISS is also developing a mentorship program to better support ex-offenders who are reintegrating back into the community.
