Description
Alabama’s Ready to Work program is run by the Alabama Community College System in partnership with AIDT. They provide career services for people with limited education and job experience. Ready to Work’s employment services include job training with a focus on entry-level skills required for employment at most businesses in Alabama. All job training is free to participants and follows a curriculum that can be delivered both online or in person. Graduates of the program who achieve a 70 percent or higher on comprehensive exams will receive two certificates to aid in their employment search. Interested individuals can contact staff at any Alabama Community College campus for more information about enrollment and participation.
