The Arkansas Employment Career Center assists individuals returning home from incarceration, veterans, homeless, young adults (18-30) who are not in school and can’t find employment, vocational rehabilitation, temporary assistance for needy families (TANF/TEA), SSDI/SSI and Food Stamp recipients. Their services include training in basic budgeting, communication skills, how to dress for the occasion, interview preparation (including mock interviews), resume writing and job search assistance. They also assist those who need help completing their FAFSA application and those who wish to complete their GED.
