Arouet is a second-chance movement empowering women impacted by the justice system to build strong communities. They help participants prepare for re-entry, gain meaningful employment, receive financial resources, and create a solid foundation for their lives. By empowering women to take their lives back and embrace the next steps, Arouet’s pre-release program educates women about health and wellness, education and career preparation, community and family integration, and goal attainment. After leaving prison, Arouet continues the journey with women by providing programs centered on coaching, mentorship, family reunification, financial literacy, and career preparation.
