Axiom Care

Axiom Care’s mission is to empower individuals struggling with chemical dependence by motivating change in themselves and their community. They focus on the unique needs of justice-impacted individuals. The program provides services to individuals that are specifically intended to foster personal accountability, help participants manage emotions, direct individuals toward pro-social alternatives to chemical dependence and increase a sense of community. Axiom Care has created treatment services and community partnerships that promote freedom after probation, parole, and community supervision. Their services include a 12-step based treatment model, individual case management, sober housing at low costs, job training and placement, family counseling and more.
