Bridges to Hope is a reentry resource program for incarcerated or formerly incarcerated individuals who are making the transition back to society. Their mission is to be a bridge for the formerly incarcerated as they learn to become successful contributors to their communities. Knowing the first step back to normal life is a safe space to reside and items to set up a home, Bridges to Hope provides basic household furnishings, clothing and personal hygiene products at no cost to the men and women they serve. Bridges to Hope serves women and men released from incarceration during the previous twelve months. Participants may visit the Bridges to Hope Warehouse to shop for clothing, personal hygiene items, furniture and household items twice within an 18 month period. Applicants must provide their prison ID number so their status can be verified. For answers to any questions, or to learn about admission requirements, contact Bridges to Hope directly.
