Choosing Integrity supports men and women who are in custody and/or recently released. Their mission is to improve the quality of life of justice-involved people through education and prevention programming, mentorship, treatment services, advocacy, and compassion resulting in enhanced relational skills and successful reintegration within their community. Choosing Integrity staff and volunteers are at Pike County Correctional Facility several times weekly to befriend, teach and challenge participants in the ARROW and HOPE programs in character development, integrity, resilience, recovery and employment. They also accompany those who contact them after release in their journey of recovery and reintegration to the community by offering mentoring, personal coaching, counseling and help in drawing on a wide array of services in Northeast Pennsylvania.
The GIA Reentry Program provides services to individuals who are re-entering the workforce and community after a period of incarceration.
